At ACMH, we are excited to expand our services to include group therapy in the near future. This will offer an additional layer of support for individuals looking to deepen their personal growth while learning from the experiences of others, and strengthen community ties. The group will be guided by a skilled therapist, and the sessions will focus on addressing common mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges.
